• Description:
• The Ministry of Finance (hereafter also "MoF") is preparing a tender procedure for a public contract to provide language training for employees of the Ministry of Finance. The result of the procurement procedure will be the conclusion of a contract with the selected supplier for 4 years.
  The subject of the public contract will be the provision and implementation of Englisho language for employees of the Ministry of Finance by qualified lecturers - native speakers (hereinafter also "lecturers") of the selected supplier.
  The Ministry of Finance carries out a preliminary market consultation (PTK), the purpose of which is to prepare the tendering conditions of the public contract.
  The language lessons will be attended in exchangemembers of the Ministry of Finance, who are highly qualified experts in individual economic fields, already have professional language qualifications at level B2 and higher. For this reason, the MoF places great emphasis on the professional qualifications of the lecturers who will conduct the language teaching.within the scope of the supplier's PTK, primarily about specifying the professional requirements for lecturers and the method of proving them, which will subsequently be part of the supplier's technical qualification requirements so that they do not prevent the supplier from participating in the competition. The intention of the Ministry of Finance within PTK is to verify market conditions and possibly identifyto forge and correct the problematic parameters of the requirements for lecturers. In this regard, the MoF would also welcome information on whether the supplier is able to submit a bid for the public contract and, in the event of a negative answer, what adjustments to the problematic parameters proposed by him would have to be made in order to be able to submit the bid....
