- The subject of the public contract is the long-term lease of three optical routes, each with a pair of optical fibers (so-called dark fibers) gradually connecting the address points described in the technical specifications (Appendix No. 2 ZD) in the quality required parameters of the technical specifications for the purpose of regional data operationnetworks of the Pardubice region using coherent wave, DWDM and MPLS technologies. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the "creation of the last mile", i.e. the laying out of a pair of optical fibers at the addresses described in the technical specifications in the quality also described in the technical specifications and subsequentservice support of entire routes. More detailed information is contained in the draft contract (Appendix No. 2 ZD).
