Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of lecturer services in the framework of the implementation of training and tests to the extent set out in this tender documentation and its attachments. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the activity of a member of the Examination Commission. The contracting authority provides that this public contract is divided into 5 (in words: five) parts within the meaning of Section 35 of the Act. Each individual part of the public contract includes one industry within which the lecturer will perform. For better clarity, the contracting authority divided the individual areas according to the professional focus of the lecturers as follows:  Part A - lecturer for teaching the subject Legal issues + Commission Member;  Part B - lecturer for teaching the subject of rhetoric and communication, negotiations with candidates + member of the commission;  Part C - lecturer for teaching the subject of the theoretical foundation of driving skills + commission member;  Part D - Lecturer for teaching the object of motor vehicles and the basics of safety on roads and economical vehicles + commission member;  Part E - Lecturer for teaching the object first aid.
