Description:
(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the provision of specialized legal advice to the Employer in connection with the activity of the Employer as a subsidy provider in the sense of § 14 paragraph 2 of Act No. 218/2000 Coll., onbudget rules and on the amendment of some related laws (budget rules), as amended, for projects financed from national subsidy titles and for projects co-financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the program periods 2014-2020 and 2021-2027,for which the Contracting Authority also performs the role of managing authority according to directly applicable EU regulations. The subject of the public contract is A) Comprehensive legal services for the preparation of documents for the issuance of a decision on objections against the non-payment of part of the subsidy in the sense of § 14e, paragraph 3 of the Budget Rules, preparation ofof documents for processing objections against the reduction of payment requests for projects implemented by the organizational component of the state, issued by the Contracting Authority as a subsidy provider for projects co-financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the program periods 2014-2020 and 2021-2027 or for projectsts financed from national subsidy titles in the event of a violation of the rules for the awarding of public contracts established by law or the methodology of the subsidy program, including comments on any related administrative or judicial proceedings. B) Provision of expert legal services consisting of professionalevaluations (including personal consultations), processing of opinions and expert opinions, related to the provision of subsidies, which will mainly be in the area of financial and administrative law, marginally also civil, commercial and criminal law.
