• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of regular inspections and service work on the air conditioning and cooling equipment of the Charles University Teaching and Research Center building, including the supply and assembly of related material, the provision of technical operation support, quality guarantee, transport and other related services to the extent specified in the tender documentation and further according to the other conditions of the tender documentation. The subject of the public contract is also the obligation to repair the equipment outside date of regular inspections and service work. In the event of a serious breakdown, accident or urgent intervention, a continuous emergency service is required. A detailed inventory of the maintained equipment is given in the Documentation of the actual execution - Statement of measurements - HVAC (Appendix No. 8 - tender documentation) and Technical report - CH.Cooling (Appendix No. 9 - tender documentation). The subject of the performance of the public contract is specified in more detail in the technical, commercial, payment and other contractual terms in the terms of the public contract (Appendix No. 4a of the tender documentation) and in the specification of the subject of the public contract - List of inspections, works and materials; Template for the processing of the performance price (Appendix No. 5 of the tender documentation), Inventory pocket filters (Appendix No. 6 of the tender documentation) and Time schedule of regular inspections, service work and supplies of consumables (Appendix No. 7 of the tender documentation).
