- The subject of the public contract is a fluorescent microscope with a camera and a system for subsequent image analysis with Deep Learning AI incl. the necessary computer equipment. At the same time, this display system and the appropriate software will be equipped with a routine laboratory working mode and used forObtaining and analysis of patient samples. Basic research methods include detection of various antigens both in tissues and on individual cells, subcellular structures, organelles and individual compartments organelles by means of antibodies, probes, aptamers that can be visualized usinga fluorescent microscope or other advanced imaging methods. To evaluate expression/localization/co-locking of various antigens detected in organelles, cells and tissues will be used software for image analysis equipped with an AI module that allows observed changesStandardized in a large number of samples of newly acquired and previously stored in the databases of the workplace, making it possible to subsequent high -capacity statistical analysis, which significantly speeds up and refine the possibilities to search for patterns typical of pathological processes.In addition to the delivery itself, the installation, training of the operator and ensuring the warranty service.
