- In accordance with the provisions of § 35 of the Act, the contracting authority divided the public contract into the following parts:
a) part No. 1 - "Liability insurance for damage caused by tram operation"
b) part No. 2 - "Liability insurance for damage caused by bus operation"
c) part No. 3 - "Insurance of liability for damage zpaggravated by the operation of trolleybuses"
Suppliers are entitled to submit an offer for any part of the contract or for all parts of the contract. The requirements for proving the fulfillment of qualifications, conditions for submitting tenders and other conditions or requirements of the contracting authority are set uniformly for all parts of the contract, if the contracting authority further nit establishes a special requirement for some part. A separate contract will be concluded for each part of the public contract.
