Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is to ensure compulsory liability insurance of the MLP ČR, s.p. for damages or other harm resulting from its activities and services provided in connection with air traffic control. Territorial validity of insurance is the whole world. The sum insured is 650,000,000 euros for one and each An insured event caused by operating activities within one insurance period, but a maximum of EUR 650 000 000 for one insurance period in case of liability for damage or other damage caused by the product defect. One insurance period is one calendar year.
