Description:
The subject of this over-the-limit public order is the provision of a license for an information system for complex real estate management (CAFM system), implementation of the system and interfaces to other operated systems of the contracting authority and external systems, provision of technical software support. Scope of performance: - provision of a software license -installation and configuration of software in the client's environment - performing a pre-implementation analysis of interfaces to third-party systems - implementation of program modifications and implementation of the connection of the contracting authority's information systems - creation and delivery of administrative, user, operational, training documentation and others - the necessary documentation relating to the extent necessary for the proper use of the SW by the client, -administrator training and key users specified by the contracting authority - provision of service work and consultations related to the operation of software equipment - software development Licensing, implementation, support and development of the CAFM system The subject of this over-the-limit public contract is the provision of an information system license for complex real estate management (CAFM system), implementation of the system and interfaces to other operated systems of the contracting authority and external systems, provision of technical support for software equipment.
