Description:
The subject of the public work contract is to make the work to the extent set out in this tender documentation and its attachments. It is the construction of technical infrastructure - a composting plant. It is the construction of the area for the management of waste according to the catalog of the activities of Annex 2 to the Act no. 541/2020 Coll., ie treatment of waste before its use or removal, use of waste, waste storage. It is mainly the composting and production of compost from biodegradable waste, which contains plant nutrients and organic substances suitable for composting, including sludge emerging in the village of Náklo and its surroundings. The composting capacity is designed to 3,114 tons/year. For this purpose, a new composting paved area and a place for storing material intended for processing and adjustment are designed. The handling of rainwater is solved in the form of building a sequence and a sprinkling system. It is proposed to replenish the fencing of part of the premises and place the weight for the possibility of recording the amount of brought and weighed material. The roads are designed to modify the existing congress to the premises. The design of the internal distribution systems of the LV, VO and irrigation water is part of the PD.
