Description of the contract: The subject of the competitive dialogue is the supply of pipes according to the minimum technical specification set out in the tender documentation. The dialogue will also be on the possibility of transporting (potentially) up to 100% H2 and a mixture of NG and H2 from 0.1% H2 to 99% H2 in line with the Hydrogen Strategy for a Climate Neutral Europe "(" EU Hydrogen Strategy "), dated 8 July 2020 issued by the European Commission
