- This contract is divided into 2 following parts in accordance with Section 35 of the ZVZ: Part 1: Analyzer Loan and Diagnostics Delivery to ensure required microbiological/serological examinations - part 1 part 2: Analyzer borrowing and diagnostics supply to ensure required microbiological/serological examinations - part 2 Loan analyzers and delivery of diagnostics to ensure required microbiological/serological examinations Part 1 The subject of part 1 of this order is: a) ensuring the supply of diagnostics, accessories and other consumables required to perform the required microbiological/serological examinations and operation of the analytical systems based on closed Framework purchase contracts, b) free borrowing, installation and service of offered analytical systems, including all accessories to ensure the required microbiological/serological examinations according to the requirements of this ZD (see Annex 2a_part 1_Technic Conditions) on the basis of a concluded borrowing contract.
