Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing and delivery of the document of the local energy concept for the municipality of Bitov, at least in the extent according to the methodological guideline for the applicant for the Call No. 3/2024 Effect III, on the processing of the local energy concept from the National Renewal Plan. This methodical instruction is formedAnnex 4 of this challenge.
The basis of the local energy concept is to analyze the current state of the energy situation, ie. Create an overview of all local energy sources, detailed mapping of energy consumption in a given area and in the assembly of the energy balance that will be carried out within the areaas a whole, but also to a higher degree of detail for municipal property. Following this analysis, a set of possible solutions will be processed with an emphasis on areas that can be influenced by local government. The design of the optimal solution in the form of energy will be compiled from these details described in detailThe action plan used for decision -making at the level of local government and to implement the measures defined in it. All available and potential data sources will be used to process the analytical part of the documentPerforming your own investigation to obtain maximum amount of accurate data and information, including a description of these sources and the methodology of collection and determination of the given values. The whole concept, including its conceptual part, will be elaborated in cooperation with representatives of the localself -government.
