Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of specific equipment to the newly reconstructed riding hall of the Loucky monastery, which will serve as a cultural and creative center. Detailed specification of the subject of performance is specified in Annexes 3, 4 and 7 ZD.
The subject of the order is also:
• Transport to the place of filling incl. assembly;
• handing over the complete manual, instructions for the operation, operation and maintenance of the subject of the work in the Czech language;
• training staff;
• Disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing waste management.
This public contract (hereinafter referred to as "vz") is in accordance with § 35 of the Act divided into four (4) parts, and a separate offer must be processed and submitted for each individual part (each individual part of the public contract will be assessed separately). A separate contract will be concluded for each part of the public contract. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one, two, three or all parts of the public contract.
