- The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is: a) delivery of 6 lung ventilators for use in the anesthesiology-resuscitation department of the client. The subject of performance is also transport to the client's headquarters, assembly - commissioning and carrying out the necessary tests for commissioning in accordance with applicable legislation, operator briefing in accordance with applicable legislation - min. range of 3 working days. Part of the subject of the contract according to letter a) above is also the provision of a free guarantee for quality according to § 2113 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code with a duration of 24 months and free performance of periodic safety and technical inspections including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations for the entire warranty period. b) provision of post-warranty service for a minimum duration of 72 months (6 years) from the end of the warranty period Lung ventilators for ARO The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is: a) delivery of 6 lung ventilators for use in the anesthesiology-resuscitation department of the contracting authority.
