- (nature and amount of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the supply of magnetic resonance for the imaging methods pavilion of the TGM Hodonin Hospital, p.o., and its warranty and post-warranty service and other related performance. Delivery will take place in Seouladu with a medical purpose and with the technical conditions and other requirements stated in the procurement documentation and according to the technical specification listed in Annex No. 2 of this procurement documentation - Technical conditions, where the detailed requirements for the technical solution of the subject of the performance of the public contract are stated. Actsfor the delivery of a new, non-refurbished, unused, fully functional and complete medical device including accessories or technology in the highest quality provided by the manufacturer and together with all the rights necessary for its proper and undisturbed handling and use by the buyer, including professional assembly, installationce, putting into full operation and including staff briefing. All activities in relation to the supply must be carried out in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and technical and other standards applicable to the subject of the public contract in terms of its nature and method of use.lufinanced by the European Union within the framework of the Integrated Regional Operational Program, priority axis 6 - REACT-EU, specific objective 6.1, ongoing call No. 98 - Development, modernization and strengthening of the resilience of the backbone network of health care providers with regard to potential threats, within the project named "Mmodernization and development of equipment at the TGM Hodonin Hospital in connection with emergency admission", project registration number CZ.06.6.127/0.0/0.0/21_121/0016338 (hereinafter referred to as the "project"). Carrying out a proper procurement procedure for the supplier of the subject of the contract is a necessary condition for the allocation and retention of dturns on the implementation of the project.
