Description:
The subject of the public contract is: the implementation of maintenance works and other activities for the purpose of carrying out the maintenance of cycle paths under the administration of the Contracting Authority, in particular the implementation of construction works consisting in the year-round maintenance of the surface (roadways) of cycle paths, cleaning of cycle paths from rubbish, replacement of destroyed or damaged onesequipment of cycle paths (i.e. furniture, e.g. benches, waste bins, installation and dismantling of barriers, etc.), orchard and gardening work related to the maintenance of cycle paths, etc.
This public order is, in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, divided into two ( 2) separate parts according to the nature of the subject of the public contract,according to the individual summary of activities, with the fact that the subject of the individual parts is defined by the tender documentation. Therefore, a total of 2 Framework Contracts for the work will be concluded. Each of the Contracts will be concluded with one contractor.
