• In accordance with section 35 of the ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into 3 parts according to the place of service provision, as follows: Part No. 1: The subject of performance is the maintenance of areas of land owned by the Statutory City of Ostrava, which are located on the territory of the Poruba municipal district. This concerns the maintenance of the areas of land listed in Annex No. 1 of the contract including: mowing grass areas and raking leaves, including collection and removal of grass and leaves na příslušné sběrné místo; year-round cleaning of grassy areas from flying municipal waste; collection a collection of fallen branches, including collection of branches after pruning performed by citizens and their transportation to the appropriate collection point The specification of the subject of performance is given in the draft contract for the work - attachment No. 5.1 of the procurement documentation. Part No. 2: The subject of performance is the maintenance of areas of land owned by the Statutory City of Ostrava, which are located on the territory of the Poruba municipal district and on the grounds of the community center Vščí spole, which is located in the cadastral territory of Pustkovec.
