- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority concludes the framework agreement with one supplier. The framework agreement will be concluded for the territory of the Č. Budějovice Railway Administration (the same as the South Bohemian Region). The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the concluded Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "partial contractzky") is specified in Annex No. 5b of Part 2 of the Procurement Documentation, with the fact that the subject of a partial order can be any combination or amount of items listed in the Annex to the Framework Agreement. Subcontracts will be awarded without renewal of the competition.
