- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority concludes the framework agreement with one supplier. The framework agreement will be concluded for the territory of the Pilsen Railway Administration (the same as the Pilsen Region). The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the concluded Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "partial contracts") isspecified in Annex No. 5b of Part 2 of the Procurement Documentation, with the fact that the subject of the subcontract may be any combination or quantity of items listed in the Annex to the Framework Agreement. Subcontracts will be awarded without renewal of the competition.
