Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is:
a) supply of new (not refurbished) medical equipment - 1 piece of digital mammography device for use in the radiology department of the contracting authority, including transport to the contracting authority's headquarters, installation, assembly - commissioninginto operation, carrying out the necessary tests for commissioning and operator briefing in min. within 5 working days in accordance with the applicable legislation for medical devices. Part of the subject is the dismantling, removal and ecological disposal of the existing equipment in accordance with applicable legislation, as well as the provision ofprovision of a free quality guarantee in accordance with § 2113 et seq. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code with a duration of 24 months; part of the guarantee is also the free implementation of the warranty authorized comprehensive service security required for the operation of the medical device according to the applicable legislationtives.
b) performing post-warranty authorized service security of the digital mammography device, namely at least periodic safety and technical checks, including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll. about medical devices and diagnostic healthtnic means in vitro in the valid wording and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, for a period of 8 years from the end of the quality guarantee according to letter a) above.
