Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure the activities of the insurer, which are associated with the replacement of the injury caused by the operation of vehicles, except from the liability insurance pursuant to Section 11 of Act No. 168/1999 Coll., On liability insurance caused by the operation of the vehicle. The exception has about 33,000 vehicles of the integrated rescue system components, intelligence services, the Czech, voluntary firefighters, ATP.

The supplier for the established remuneration is made by the administrative settlement of entities damaged by vehicles with the exception of liability insurance. Reimbursement of injury shall be borne by the Ministry of Finance, the payment of injury compensation provides the supplier.
