Description:
The subject of the public order is the complex operation of a part of the parking building with 274 covered and uncovered parking spaces on the 2nd and 3rd above-ground floors of the building; in particular the operation of the parking system and personnel and organizational provision of parking services, including registration of parkers and security staffof the system in the building of the parking garage. The operation of the parking system will be continuous, year-round and all-day. The supplier will conclude contracts with the owner of the building (MČ Prague 9) on behalf of the client. Tenants will pay rent to the property owner. The contractor will receive a monthly lump sum for his workgeneral remuneration, the amount of which is an evaluation criterion in the procurement procedure. A closer overview of the activities is given in the procurement documentation, published on the profile of the contracting authority. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the fulfillment of its social aspect (the contracting authority is a person established by the municipality for the purpose of satisfyingmatters of general interest), namely the social activation of homeless people. As part of the contract, the contractor will personally ensure at least 25% of the time the parking garage is operated by homeless persons integrated in the program of the Prague 9 Municipal District.
