- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the building to reduce energy consumption - the construction adjustment of the filler of the cladding holes. Work will be carried out during operation according to the schedule agreed with the contracting authority and the user of the construction. Description of the subject of the Public Procurement: Based on the energy audit and the energy performance of the building will be modified window panels and doors in the mantle of the building, as it is not possible to insulate the facade, as it is a rugged facade of the memorial protected building. The wings will be dismantled and transported for restoration. The frame restoration will be carried out on the spot. It is assumed to replace the glasses except decorative glasses after glass determal where it is possible. The thrown wooden parts will be replaced by replicas, the grazing, treatment of frames against wood -destroying fungi and pests will be performed, and the surface coating is made.
