- The subject of the public order is continuous and repeated supplies of sterile drape surgical sets, separate drapes, sleeves and accessories, which will be implemented on the basis of partial orders according to the needs of the contracting authority. Masking surgical sets and other material specified in the tender documentation are available atintended for the contractor's operating theaters and must meet the requirements of Act No. 375/2022 Coll. on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, Act 22/1997 Coll. on technical requirements for products and other valid regulations.
