Description:
The subject of the public contract is the production and delivery of a 1:1 scale model of a draft horse, including a harness, which will be shown in dynamic motion when pulling a replica of a horse-drawn carriage called Hannibal (inv. no. 38551) from the Client's collections, for exhibition use in the future interior exhibition is being preparedof the Museum of Railways and Electrical Engineering (MŽE). The final model of the horse with harness (chest and head including eyelids, collar, reins, etc.) must appear completely realistic, including the real size of the animal and must match the proportions of the Hannibal towed wagon and with this wagon, in the future expozici, to appear compact and convincing. The installation at the place of the final location in the upcoming MŽE exhibition, which will take place at an as yet undetermined date in the future (horizon approx. 5 years), is not the subject of a public contract, however, the selected supplier will be contractually obliged to provide personal assistance during this installationfor the purpose of supervising the method of installation and providing cooperation and consultation in order to minimize the risks of damage to the model. The detailed technical specification of the subject of the public contract is given in the "Intention to produce a life-size model of a horse", prepared by the expert team of the National Technical Museumin August 2022, which is part of the procurement conditions published on the profile of the contracting authority.
