Description:
By constructing new buildings and renovating existing listed buildings, the client intends to build a completely new NTM Railway and Electrical Engineering Museum (hereafter referred to as "MŽE") on land located in the immediate vicinity of Masaryk railway station in Prague 1, owned by the Czech Republic, with the right management for the Principal.
the instructions of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the binding documents set out in the tender documentation and its annexes and in accordance with the generally binding legal regulations and binding documents (e.g. spatial planning documentation) for the Contracting Authority to ensure the implementation of the following activities:
planning (construction) permit (hereinafter also "DPS");
documentation";
Stage 5 Cooperation with the Client during the procurement procedure for the selection of the general contractor of the construction;
designer (copyright supervision);
engineering, consulting and other professional services, as well as valid permission for the plan (construction) to build the MŽE in accordance with the binding documents id...
