- The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is the installation and commissioning of the measuring speed (hereinafter referred to as the measuring equipment) in the locality of the municipality of Oldřichov in Hajich within 3 months of the entry into force of the contract. More information is given in Annex 4 of this tender documentation of the concept of the protected location - Oldřichov in Haje. Annex 4 is also an integral part of the contract on the lease and provision of services.
These are mainly the following activities:
1.Installing the measuring device:
• Elaboration of the relevant project documentation to install measuring equipment including SW of the measuring device and integration links to the surrounding systems In a protected location - target concept. The target concept must be approved by the contracting authority (tenant) before installing the measuring device in the protected location.
• Ensuring all necessary engineering activities associated with the installation of a measuring device in a protected location.
• Installation and commissioning of the measuring Equipment, including connection to electricity source.
• Installation and commissioning of technologies for data transfer from measuring devices to the related IS MP system for validation of measurement.
• Access to the authorized persons of the contracting authority (tenant) SW measuring equipment and training of authorized persons by the contracting authority (tenant) to operate the measuring equipment.
• Handing over the measuring equipment for production operations including metrological verification.
2.The Insurance of the operation of the measuring device:
• Ensuring secure continuous data transmission of measurement from the measuring device to the follow -up IS MP system for validation of the measurement.
