- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the provision of supplies according to the list and technical specifications according to this procurement documentation. As part of the performance, the supply of energy-saving lighting for selected areas of the school is required, including installation, possible installation, painting repairs, etc., as well as dismantling the lighting of the existing energy-saving lighting for selected areas of the school, specifically for the rooms listed in the annex to the call for tenders and tender documentation. For the avoidance of doubt and the prevention of possible questions aimed at explaining this procurement documentation, the contracting authority emphasizes that this public the order is entered using the Design and Build method. Before starting the implementation itself, the selected contractor will be required to prepare documentation after the work has been completed and then submit it for assessment by the contracting authority. After completion, he is then obliged to provide documentation of the actual execution and the necessary revisions. Listed activities are also part of fulfillment. The basic basis for the supply and installation of lighting fixtures is only the material list and its specifications. The client requires that the lights delivered in this stage be fully functionally and aesthetically (design-wise) compatible with the lighting that was installed in the 1st and 2nd stages (implemented during 2024 and 2025). Implementation may take place in part during the school year. However, it must not limit the operation of the school, therefore it is requested to preferably use late afternoon and evening hours, weekends and school holidays to carry out installation work. The contracting authority will make it available on school days contractors to carry out work at most one section at a time.
