- Description:
- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereafter referred to as "VZMR") is the supply of goods, which means the purchase of measuring devices, further specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The delivery will be carried out as a whole in accordance with the conditions set out in the Purchase Agreement, the contract template of which is part of the procurement documentace VZMR. The participant shall attach a draft contract to its offer, which forms an attachment to this tender documentation, see Documents - they will mainly fill in their identification data, the bid price, the signature of the authorized person and other data that respond to the conditions of entering this VZMR.
The client reserves the right to specifythe final wording of the contract on the formal side before signing the contract with the selected participant.
