• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the removal of buildings in the premises of SŽ Brno at Trnitá Street 37 and project documentation for planning permission in details of the documentation for construction (DPZ/PDPS) replacement construction of temporary buildings for the needs of SŽ Brno on the neighboring parcel after the earlier demolition of buildings Trnitá 39 and 41, including engineering work and copyright supervision, the Mechanization Center of the Railway Administration (MES) at Trnitá Street 37, Brno is located on parcels no. 875, 876, 877/1, 877/2, 877/5 in c. ú. Thorny. The areas and buildings on them serve as repair facilities, warehouses, workshops and administration. The MES is located in the immediate vicinity of the existing track behind Dolní nádraží Brno and is operationally connected to the railway repair area on the neighboring parcel no. 768/3 in the office of Trnitá in Brno, which is owned by ČD. This land and neighboring buildings are not subject to the MES regulation. Considering that part of the existing MES is located on the territory of the planned construction of the "Nová Rosická" road, an agreement was reached with the Railway Administration conceptual technical solution, consisting in the removal of existing buildings in the area and the construction of replacement construction of temporary buildings for the needs of SŽ.
