• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is face-to-face media training services aimed at developing the communication and presentation skills of ČHMÚ employees who appear in public and communicate with the media. The total scope of the training is: •5 courses, •8 in length each hours, • held in person at the Customer's premises. The content of the training includes in particular: • rules of communication with the media, • preparation for interviews and performances, • work with journalistic inquiries, •reaction to critical or opposing arguments, •principles of confident verbal i non-verbal expression, • simulation of media interviews, •rehearsing performance in front of the camera. Scope of training: •8-10 participants in one group, •implemented twice a year, • a total of 50 people will be trained during the implementation of the project. The public contract is 100% financed The operational program of Jan Ámos Komenský ("Subsidy program") within the project "Strategic management innovation of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute" (reg. project number CZ.02.01.01/00/23_026/0011461 ("Project").
