Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") and the safety and health coordinator of work (hereinafter referred to as "OSH" or "KoobozP") and the provision of related services in the realization of the construction event entitled: "Healing Garden in On Nachod - construction work and landscaping ".
The subject of the supervised building is to realize construction work and landscaping consisting of In the creation of a medicinal garden in the area of the Nachod a.s. for a healing stay, therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation of patients and as relaxing Outdoor space for visits and hospital staff. These are mainly field and vegetation modifications together with the establishment of paved areas, staircases, support walls, barrier -free ramps, outdoor shelters and other elements of the relaxation area, including planting new trees and establishment of the area Drinking water leadership, public lighting and rainwater sewer with storage tank. Construction work and landscaping will take place during the operation of the hospital area.
The estimated value of construction work is 11.862.680.00 CZK without VAT. The contracting authority warns that this is the estimated value of the public Orders for construction work on the date of initiation of the tendering procedure in question.
