Description:
The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works within the scope of the project documentation for the execution of the construction and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions, which will be used to carry out construction modifications, extensions and superstructures of building D of the Mendel University in Brno, which are subject to demolitionnon-load-bearing 3rd floor, reconstruction of designated parts of 2nd floor to 2nd floor, construction of a new entrance extension and elevator and construction of two full new floors (3rd floor and 4th floor) and a partial 5th floor, execution of necessary internal installations, including modifications the immediate surroundings of building D, implementation of green roofs including containers forplants and building, landscape and orchard improvements in the immediate vicinity of object D and the installation of technologies within the scope, as defined by the project documentation, including all connections of the object (or their repairs) to area-wide networks and distribution systems, and all of this required construction-technical and technologicale quality - see details art.1 Procurement documentation.
