Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of metallurgical material such as sheets, pipes, profiles and rods made of materials according to the standards specified in the technical specification. The weights listed in the tender documentation annex are theoretical (orientative), determined according to table values of the relevant standards and are used only for the needs of the contract evaluation. The contracting authority does not consider weight to be a binding parameter of the subject of the contract. The exact dimensions and the required quantity, which are given in the technical specification and others, are binding commercial and other contractual conditions forming an integral part of the tender documentation. The public contract is divided into the following five parts, while the contractor can submit an offer for any number of parts of this public contract or for all parts.
