We require the insertion of the contractor's affidavit that the person or the performance offered by him is not covered by international sanctions. The pattern of the honorary statement is attached to the tender documentation.
Calibration must be carried out by an accredited calibration laboratory, which is accredited by the Czech Institute for Accreditation, o.p.s. according to ΔSN EN ISO/IEC 17025. The service can be performed in the form of subcontracting. Calibration must be performed as an accredited metrological performance. Fulfillment From these options:
a) in the form of an affidavit that the calibration laboratory is in favor of

b) Copies of the Certificate of Accreditation
The deadline for concluding the contract is set at 30 days.
The deadline for conclusion of the contract begins to run on the day following the futile expiry of the deadline for filing complaints of participants for the proclaiming procedure in the evaluation of the public contract;
A deadline for submitting complaints of the participants of the tender The proceedings due to the disagreement with the procedure for evaluating the public contract is set for 3 working days and is calculated from the date of publication of the notification of the selection of the supplier.
