- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for 4 years to ensure access and the right to use online services, namely Microsoft 365 Apps, within the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) license program for the needs of the contracting authority. The framework agreement will be concluded without renewing the competition with onesupplier. The awarding of individual public contracts according to the framework agreement will take place in the form of orders. The requirements for the subject of performance are detailed in the procurement documentation, especially in its Annex No. 1 (Technical conditions - specification of the required performance) and in Annex No. 3 (Business conditions- binding model Framework agreement).
