Description:
The subject of the public contract is to provide licenses of Microsoft and related services in the Cloud Solution Provider license programs ("CSP"), Select Plus and Enterprise Agreement ("EA"). The performance also includes consulting services, where members of the implementation team must recommendT by the contracting authority during the entry into force of the concluded contract and the best and the most advantageous combinations of various licenses in various Microsoft programs for the gradual transition between programs with maximum cost savings. Licenses under the EA program will only be purchased at the moment,when the contracting authority reaches at least 250 licenses. Subsequently, the licenses from the CSP/SELECT PLUS program "convert" under EA. The contracting authority is aware of the conditions for the conclusion of EA (number of licenses, duration, etc.).t or until the maximum amount of 10 000 000,- CZK without VAT, depending on which fact occurs earlier.
The scope of specific performance will always be specified by individual orders. The contracting authority undertakes to take licenses in min. range of 40 % of the estimated value of the public contract.
when exposing a singleOrdering of orders will always be asked to submit a valid price list. Own order will then be issued for the price corresponding to the current price list when offsetting the percentage discount under the contract.
