Subject of the Public Procurement: Construction modifications associated with changing use for accommodation purposes. The construction is not divided into construction buildings. This is the reconstruction of the existing granary building associated with the extension of the tower with the communication space and wellness parts. The building is permanent. The construction includes the construction of a retention tank for rainwater, domestic waste water treatment plants and the necessary IS connections (especially water supply, sewerage), installation of heat pumps and related technologies / alternatively adequate pellet solutions, outdoor treatment Area (especially landscaping and landscaping, parking spaces, etc.). Part of the performance is to ensure the approval.
