• Description:
• The subject of the public order is construction work and supplies consisting of the modernization of the grandstand (SO 03 Modernization of the grandstand) and the construction of paved handling and communication areas (SO 05 Walkways). The building is divided into the following buildings: D.1.2-3 SO 03 MODERNIZATION OF THE TRIBUNE - this construction object is financed by Client No. 2 FK Milotice, z.s. SO 05 Chodníky - this construction object is financed by Client No. 1 Municipality of Milotice Both contracting authorities / customers will finance the implementation of construction objects specified above separately, the costs will be paid on the basis of separate and separate invoices issued by the construction contractor for each client / client separately, in accordance with the division of the construction into objects financed by FK Milotice, z.s. and objects financed by the Municipality of Milotice. SO 03 The modernization of the grandstand involves the replacement of the roof, i.e. wooden prisms and sheets in the roof and back of the grandstand + replacement of the seating part incl. new hot-dip galvanized steel structure for seating incl. plastic seats with backrests. SO 05 deals with building reinforced handling and communication areas. A detailed description of the subject of performance is defined by the project documentation (Documentation for construction execution - DPS), which is part of the tender conditions (hereinafter referred to as "ZP") - Part III Technical conditions. This project documentation deals with several building objects. However, only the aforementioned SO 03 and SO 05 are part of this subject of public contract performance.
