- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of voice and data telecommunications services of a mobile operator on 2025 to 2028 in a total range of 2400 SIM cards. In accordance with Section 100 (1) of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority reserves the opportunity to expand the subject of the public contract to 3300 SIM cards And also to include other contributory organizations in the Framework Agreement and the joint -stock companies established under the price and contractual conditions of this agreement. Closer specifications of the subject of performance are given in the design of the framework agreement, its annexes and other parts of the tender documentation.
