- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of voice and data telecommunications services of a mobile operator on 2025 to 2028 in a total range of 2400 SIM cards. In accordance with ยง 100 par. And also to include other contributory organizations in the Framework Agreement and the joint -stock companies established under the price and contractual conditions of this agreement.
