- The purpose of this public contract is to ensure continuous provision of mobile voice and data services of electronic communications pursuant to Act No. 127/2005 Coll., On Electronic Communications and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (Electronic Communications Act), as amended regulations (hereinafter referred to as "ZOEK"), and to ensure direct connection from the company IP telephone network to networks of mobile operators, including ensuring all activities related to the provision of services (also "services").
The voice and data services of electronic communications currently ensure the contracting authority T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., IΔO: 649 49 681, with its registered office: TomiΔkova 2144/1, Chodov, 148 00 Prague 4, on the basis of Agreement No. 2000742/4100057956 on the provision of mobile telecommunications services. 2025.
The subject of the public contract is to provide / ensure the provision of services according to ZOEK, under the conditions and to the extent set out in the tender conditions this public contract. Part of the performance is also ensuring all activities related to the provision of required services, including any arrangement Transfer of all participating SIM cards from the existing provider to the provider of the new.
