• Description:
• The contracting authority awards this sub-limit public contract for construction works in connection with the performance of relevant activities in the sense of the provisions of § 153 paragraph 1 letter f) Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter also "ZZVZ"). IN in accordance with § 151 paragraph 1 ZZVZ, this contract is considered a sectoral public contract. Since the expected value of the public contract does not reach the set financial limit, the contracting authority is not obliged to award the relevant sectoral public contract in the procurement procedure. Therefore, the contracting authority does not award this public contract in the procurement procedure according to the ZZVZ. The public contract is awarded according to the requirements and conditions set by the SŽ SM53 directive on the award of public contracts, which is an internal regulation the contracting authority and regulates the procedures for the application of ZZVZ in the conditions of the Railway Administration, a state organization. The subject of the public contract is the demolition of the building due to a collision with the location of the proposed new rail yard. This is an existing store building without a basement covered with a flat roof. The building is located near the existing railway station in the Zlín střed railway in the area under the Gahurov overpass. The contract also includes waste, including loading, removal, storage and landfill fees. Next is the subject fulfilling the disconnection of existing technical infrastructure networks. Water distribution, sewage, electricity and heating, communication cable CETIN and VODAFONE must be disconnected at the relevant points before demolition.
