Description:
The subject of the public contract consists in ensuring the property preparation of the construction of the railway entitled "Modernization of the Brno-Přerov line, 3. The subject of activity includes contractual security for purchase, real estate load, rents for construction purposes and any delivery all documents for expropriation procedure.
The subject of performance of the public contract is to ensure the property settlement of the construction of the railway to the following extent:
• Survey of purchase contracts
The Contractor shall ensure that contracts will be concluded, the subject of the transfer of ownership or the right to manage (purchase contracts, contracts on the transfer of the right/jurisdiction to manage the property of the state) to land and buildings necessary for the construction of the track (hereinafter referred to as the "land"), with their owners or persons authorized to manage them. Lands and buildings will be acquired without legal loads (eg lien, pre -emptive rights, easements personal, etc.). If the subject of permanent occupation will be the land used by a third party for agricultural or other purposes on the basis of a lease, lease or other contract concluded with the owner or on the basis of a substantive law established in favor of a third party (eg easement or law Construction), the Contractor is obliged after the purchase/transfer of the testimony of the lease/rental relationship. If the land is purchased incl. buildings, it is necessary to appreciate the land and especially the building.
