Description:
In accordance with § 101 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into two separate parts:
The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for both public parts contract, or only for one part of the public contract.
Part 1 - Gastrotechnology (hereinafter also "Part 1")
The subject of Part 1 of the public contract is execution "Modernization of catering operations at the special Kindergarten, special elementary school and practical school ELPIS Brno, p. o." in the contractor's building at address Kopernikova 803/2, 615 00 Brno consisting mainly of the supply of new gastro technology equipment for kitchen operation, including warranty performance for the client.
Part 2 - Construction work (hereinafter also "Part 2")
The subject of Part 2 of the public contract is the implementation of "Modernization of catering operations at the Kindergarten special, elementary school special and practical school ELPIS Brno, p. o. in the client's building at the address Kopernikova 803/2, 615 00 Brno, consisting mainly of the reconstruction of the interior space and operation of the kitchen and its facilities, including associated areas. As part of the construction modifications, among other things, i new penetrations into the facade and new electrical, air conditioning and ventilation distribution systems to the extent necessary and according to the needs of operation and technology, including warranty performance for the client.
