• Modernization of the line Prague-Výstaviště - Prague-Dejvice - Stage I - Tunnel The subject of the performance of the public order "Modernization of the line Prague-Výstaviště - Prague Dejvice - Stage I - Tunnel" is: a) Preparation of Project documentation for the implementation of the railway construction (PDPS) in the regime BIM, which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in details that specify the subject of the Work to such an extent that it is the basis for the tender procedure for the construction of the construction, including the assessment of conformity or suitability for the use of an element of interoperability or EC declaration of verification of the subsystem by the notified body. b) Processing of the Work in BIM mode and creation of the BIM Information Model according to SOD Annex No. 11 BIM protocol, including all its annexes. The information model is part of the Work and will be processed, discussed and submitted continuously and together with other parts of the Works according to Annex No. 4 SOD - Price breakdown of the Subject of the Contract and Schedule. c) Completion of the Project Plan Update (AZP) according to the Rules for the Preparation and Implementation of Transport Infrastructure Actions Financed by the State Fund transport infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as "MD Rules"). The Customer reserves the scope of this performance as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of § 100 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The Contractor will perform the performance based on the Customer's instructions in the event of an overrun estimated investment costs by 10% or in case of fundamental changes in the technical solution of the building.
