• Description:
• The procurement procedure is implemented in order to conclude a contract between the contracting authority and the selected supplier, the subject of which will be the supply of instruments and equipment for the calibration of the metrological calibration laboratory. The requirements are detailed in Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation (Technical specification of the subject of performance). The contracting authority divided this public contract into several parts. The public contract is divided by the contracting authority into 6 parts. The participant can submit a bid for one, several or all parts of the public contract. Offers on each part will be assessed and evaluated separately according to § 101, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. Therefore, the contracting authority can choose from the offers submitted by one participant from his offers for several parts as the most suitable only his offer for one or several parts or for all according to § 101 paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ The public order is 100% financed by the European Union through the Environmental Operational Program ("Subsidy Program") within the project "Comprehensive system of forecasting services of the Czech Chemical Industry Institute I" (reg. project number CZ.05.01.03/05/24_075/0004560 ("Project").
