• Description:
• The subject of the order is the modernization of the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System hereinafter referred to as "PACS"), i.e. the complete supply of solutions for the electronic processing, archiving and distribution of image data in the healthcare sector in the sense of the modernization of the existing PACS system or its replacement so that the resulting solution meets the requirements of eHealth in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic and the EU applicable to the system for processing image medical documentation, including the necessary licenses, a separate image archive, implementation, integration of PACS on the newly acquired information platform, training of the buyer's operator and handover of documents that relate to the delivered goods, in particular declaration of conformity, operating instructions and user documentation in the Czech language, administrative documentation, documentation of the actual implementation, processing of security documentation, including the provision of service support and guarantee min. 24 months, and 36 months of post-warranty service support, periodic inspections according to Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as Act No. 375/2022 Coll.), update and upgrade of all software, including new functions and its implementation, as well as other conditions of the tender documentation.
