Modernization of ŽST Brno-Židenice and modifications in ŽST Brno-Malomerice
Description of the contract: The subject of the contract is the preparation of construction project documentation for the issuance of a joint line construction permit (DUSL) according to Act no. 416/2009 Coll., on accelerating the construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure and infrastructureof electronic communications as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Line Act") and Annex C. 1 of Decree No. 583/2020 Coll., which sets out the details of the content of the documentation for the issuance of a joint permit for transport infrastructure constructions, as amended, - project documentation for construction (PDPS) accannexes c. 4 promulgation c. 146/2008 Coll., on the scope and content of the project documentation of transport constructions, as amended, - including public hearings, provision of all documents for the issuance of a joint permit, processing of documents and provision of the activities of the OSH coordinator when working on the construction site in phase pamendments pursuant to Act c. 309/2006 Coll., which regulate other requirements for safety and health protection at work in labor relations and on ensuring safety and health protection during activities or provision of services outside labor relations. as amended, - and including copyright supervision forjectant during construction.
